Listened to lala’s podcast and she claims that there were rumours going around it nothing concrete. That they were trying to get proof before confronting but that they did make it clear to Tom that they knew something was up.

I just find it hard to believe that so many people are openly talking on camera about suspected cheating, yet no one went to Ariana and said "look, we've had this conversation on camera, I just wanted to give you a heads up because you should be aware that this will be shown on the show...."
