I had been watching last nights as I missed it and thought I would need to wait until after 9pm until it get uploaded but finished watching episode 1 and episode 2 was there. Happy days!!

Yes Jesse is unusual.
But I did feel sympathy for him at times when he was talking about how he felt and showing some vulnerability.
I tend to watch it paying full attention and not be on the thread at the same time or I find I miss loads.
I'm optimistic for all couples so far (except Harrison and Bronte). And really want Lyndall and Sandy to be happy.

Just catching up on last nights ep now. Pink suit man is annoying me already, he's going to be hard work at the dinner parties I think.

i think Jessie is more itrovert than he realises - he wants time to just be quiet without constant questions!

(and i am happy when i met my OH we had a nice 2 hour date of chatting, then went back home and arranged dates for next weekend - i would just be very tired of constant asking questions - but then i would not sign up for this type of thing)

also - one can be less noisy without meaning silence - just chatting about general stuff - what activities to do on holiday etc rather than grilling.

Not sure about the indian lady - i assumed she'd have asked for seperate rooms but nope, straight to bed sharing. seemed an odd choice.

I think Jesse is used to being the bouncy, loud, energetic one in the group but can't cope if someone else is a mirror image of him so also bouncy and loud so he wants to control those around him - I think shushing is horrible though

You could be right that he might actually be introverted

I think both of them are possibly on the 'spectrum' for want of a better word. I can identify with the outwardly loud and overly confident first impression, and the introverted side. It's tiring keeping it 'Up' and someone constantly nattering when you just want to take in your surroundings and process them...will be interesting to see how they fair

do you mean Jesse? I thought this too. I actually really like him- I think he seems incapable of guile. Wears his emotions very genuinely- problem is, sometimes you can hurt people unintentionally when you won't/can't tell the odd white lie.

Jesse shushing her isn't necessarily a terrible thing, as it sounds like they were laughing at the time, and he probably misread the room a bit. I don't think (from what we've seen) that it was meant with malice or putting her in her place etc

I quite like him, and don't really see what many of you are hating.
My DH was VERY loud at times when we were dating, and a few times i was genuinely mortified for both of us and definitely shushed him At times

She's a bit ott also...for most tastes
