Out of all the girls this season, Liv's the absolute worst. An unrepentant MEAN GIRL, and that's putting it mildly.
Kai isn't even that nice of a person, but she's that horrible she's making him come off as a saint now.
That her face doesn't "contort" when angry (likely thanks to ample helpings of Botox), yet she's vindictive and sinister

According to the Casa girls Will did all the chasing when it came to Layla. They basically said that he is completely different from the way he was initially portrayed.

Liv is definitely a mean girl. She targets an individual then gets others to turn against that individual by playing the victim.
The way she targeted Kai and Ron was shocking

As far as I am concerned Zara has been vindicated.

It was obvious that he wasn’t into her. At least he was finally honest about it

Claudia is quite weird tbh. She quite readily had a pop at one of the Casa girls, but won't say a peep to Casey even when he's been downright disrespectful to her face.
She comes off as one of those who would fight the other woman, but meekly take back the cheating man.

What on earth?! Both Zara and Tanya get ridiculously angry and seem to turn into different people. It has NOTHING to do with the colour of their skin. You're batshit.

I don't get the dislike of Claudia at all. What did she do wrong? She's a really nice girl who for some inexplicable reason fell for the sleazy self-obsessed Casey who thinks he's God's gift to women. He's awful and I cannot wait for him to be dumped off the island. I'm hoping Claudia connects with the new guy.

I really don't understand why the producers wanted Martin gone? He was really entertaining and capable of being great TV. Why get rid of him but keep Casey?!? I also hate the lack of public voting this season. It's ridiculous that we can never have a say but islanders get dumped using boring predictable "recouplings".

Claudia only responded to the Casa girls because underboob Layla was having a ho at her and Cynthia made it a huge deal that she wasn't picked!

To me Kai/Sanam seem the best couple in there now. I didn’t used to think much of Kai but I think they genuinely like each other. Their faces light up when they like each other.

I feel sorry for Claudia. Ridiculously early for her to have had any feelings for Casey but I think she really did like him and is hurt by his actions.

Claudia seems to have very low self esteem which is really quite sad. I’m surprised as I was expecting her to be much more self assured and confident, similar to Gemma Owen, in the way that people from privileged backgrounds very often are.

Just a reminder - there was a video going around the news websites in the first week showing Will with a bag of white powder on what looks like a lads holiday somewhere hot. He has slept with > 100 girls I’m sure. It seems apparent to me his tik tok is a separate “Farmer Will” persona to his real life dickhead party boy druggie antics. Similar to that Francis Bourgeois train guy who actually wears expensive designer clothes and goes out clubbing to oontz oontz house music.

I agree. Will is most likely a privileged rich boy who hasn't done nearly as much farming as he likes to make out.

I think Casey just has to be the centre of attention, not even sure he liked Lana now. Do think he’s been stupid with this one. Love island is pretty clearly brand/deal island but he’s seems to be playing the game of an original islanders and not a bombshell with time running out after Casa. Rosie seems lovely but I don’t think he has time to change his perception. He’s marmite on twitter especially after Cynthia and quite low on instagram followers. Claudia has either been led some crap we’re not seeing by Casey or her pride has just been hit. I liked Casey at first but now all a see is a slimy prat.

We have seen Samie get visibly angry several times and swear and make faces. Claudia also.
You haven't accused them of being "ridiculously angry" so why try and label one set of girls as aggressive and what not. Tanya may be sly and what not, but I haven't seen any outbursts of anger dissimilar to Samie for example.

Well you've implied I'm racist. That's far worse. It isn't just the facial expressions, with both Tanya and Zara, their voices change and they seem totally different people.

I have criticised many islanders in my posts, regardless of their colour. I'm not going to hold back my opinions because someone is black. If I did that, surely that would be racist as I'd be considering their colour before posting.

You could be right about Claudia. Maybe she's just been edited a bit unfairly. From what I've seen she can be very assertive when she wants, so I wasn't sure why she was taking so much rubbish off Casey when surely she must know that she's the bigger catch

I didn't call you racist. Everyone can be guilty of an unconscious bias - race related or other.
It is a bias if girls of a certain colour are readily labelled aggressive, ridiculously angry etc but other girls who show similar behaviour get a pass. Tanya is no more angry than Samie, even if Samie is more likeable/liked.
Zara was far more chilled than Faye from the previous serious who exhibited some of the most worrying behaviour I've seen on TV and was borderline violent toward Teddy from what I saw, so I hope you were consistent and called Faye very aggressive, face contorting etc

I'm not unconsciously doing anything. I haven't noticed Samie being particularly aggressive, although I haven't watched last night's episode yet. I didn't like Samie at all when she first came in, she has grown on me. I didn't instantly give her the benefit of the doubt as she's white. Also, I stuck up for Tanya loads originally, when I felt Shaq was being too possessive.

Olivia, I think, is every bit as nasty as Tanya, but in a totally calculated way. She can control her anger, therefore doesn't lose it.

Faye I absolutely couldn't stand at first and would totally have made the same comments had I been on a thread at the time. I can't remember exactly now, but I'm sure I began to warm to her a bit towards the end, as she opened up a bit and it was clear to see she was very troubled. I would absolutely do the same for Tanya in a similar situation.
