Yes, possibly their first coupling was unpopular/underdog, but individually popular (look at the polls like "who would you like to have brunch with") and then recoupled and in the top few.
I'm wondering if there will be couples that Olivia/Maxwell are told not to evict, because they are for example top 2 or 3 and they just can't go that far against what the public wants. But they get free pick of the other bottom couples and the less popular one or two of the top four.
Now, who have they had bust ups with?
Tanya/Shaq - no I don't think either of them have, but possibility of "so in love, better out and starting their real life story")
Ron/Lana - possibly enough antipathy towards Ron for his early game-playing, but not much evidence of recent stuff, plus they're prob a top two couple, so I think safe
Will/Jessie - well views were made pretty clear! But they're pretty consistently top couple and Will is often highest rated Islander and very popular. I can't shake the suspicion that Olivia was egged on to create a cliff-hanger and add drama to these evictions. So I don't think they'll choose them for game playing reasons
Tom/Samie - well, was Tom the one that Olivia really fancied all along? They've both given her a pretty wide berth (Samie stood up for Jessie, but not in a way that riled Olivia further). I suspect not, because if she does want him in RL, kicking him out isn't going to advance that aim
Claudia/Keanan - can't actually remember how that's been! Vulnerable because a friendship couple. Would be seen as a reasonable choice to go
Rosie/Casey - also a reasonable choice to go, because new, finding it problematic in the villa and better to go and enjoy the outside
Kai/Sanam - bete noir! Really out to get him and might just do it. Producers won't mind if they go because they're a low/middling popularity couple
Olivia pie'd Kai
Who did Maxwell pie?
I can't think of anyone he's had a bust up with, possibly because he's seemed so overshadowed!
