There was Sapphire and Steel episode 9n iabout 1979!) where a baby grew to a grown man in the space of about 5 minutes. All to the tune of 'Brahms Lullaby' . It was very creepy. It has stuck with me ever since.

My sister can't listen to Brahm's Lullaby to this day .

That baby was far too small for for five months, I don't get why they couldn't have had a bigger doll.

Lily loads of baby toys play that tune- we have not been able to buy so many things over the years.

it was an odd episode, and I've probably mixed up a lot of the details I was about 9 - but that was the gist of it. i think it was the series called 'Assignment 3'- , so probably more like 1980/81.

10 years later, at university there was an S and S 'marathon' night- and even then the show seemed really dated, even after just over a decade!

Madison yes! I remember the theme tune. The kid had a very 70s bowl hair cut. And was practically bald as 'Big John'

Unfortunately, Youtube doesn't seem to have the Sapphire and Steel bit that I want- it has the bit before it, abit not all of it. It definitely used to be on there, a few years back (I might have looked it up a few times over the years ).
