LIZS I think she misunderstood(wilfully- because she seems very pushy) what Zara may- or may not- have been offering. Zara mentioned the practice etc in passing- Nina took it as a job offer.

I'm not sure why Zara likes her so much.

And they haven't really been looking properly for someone, have they? So she isn't the only option they have.
