Also in the same scene, the lady in the pink outfit was talking about the activity on Joanna’s very basic phone - “the cheapest phone you can buy” (applauds - you all spotted that too!) The only calls/texts on it were to her groomy teacher husband, but then went on to say “Then nothing till Sergeant Cawood left a voicemail” but I’m sure it was on the home phone landline that Catherine called and left a message on, as that’s how creepy teacher heard it when he got in after Jo had already been murdered.
@Janiie I feel the same re Darius! The post escape from court celebration in the van after he picked up TLR felt somewhat contrived and ‘off’ in an odd sort of way.
He was talking the talk, but his facial expressions weren’t feeling it (or as my dear old mum puts it - his smiles aren’t reaching his eyes”)
Especially coupled with the change of plans and leaving TLR on the doorstep chez Beetroot.
I definitely want to see more of Beetroot Man!
Re the different endings and SW reading through these posts - I’m imagining her muttering under her breath “Oh FFS, have we got enough time to film another ending as this lot are too good at this guessing lark…” 😆
I might have to rewatch for the 3rd time, all in the interests of research of course 😉😂
