Starts here in Oz 30th January so thought I'd give everyone a heads up if you're watching in real time with us.

In case anyone needs a reminder this will be the spoiler/up to date thread. Someone else can start the UK pace one.

Am I right in thinking we’ve got four left? Two vow renewals, the reunion dinner and the reunion couch session?

NOt sure but next episode is tomorrow night ( oz time).
I feel bad for knocking Lyndsay for sleeping with Josh. I didn't know what a twat Cam was at the time.
I love love Ollie and Tahnee ( I did think she looked a bit weird at the last dinner party but I love that Ollie wouldn't care). They seem the real deal.
ALso for those who like the oversharers , and remember Martha and Michael they have had a baby and just posted a video of his sucking her blocked milk duct out. So that's nice.
Where do they find these people?
I promise you, most of Australia is as gobsmacked as anyone.
Also, how the hell did Alyssa get on when they have "thousands " of applications and the best they could find was a woman who wasn't yet divorced and could only see her partner long term every other weekend and the odd Wednesday.

So hoping Lyndall gives it all she's got in final vows (bit like Brent did last year). And equally please Duncan tell Alyssa where to go....

I agree @margueritedaisy it's crazy re Alyssa. No wonder her husband left her. The way she treats Duncan was appalling. The letter writing! I believe she meant that about hating him. One very scary woman.

A lot of the behaviour is shocking to me. I can't believe they let Melissa and Harrison get away with so much.

Vows renewal ceremony episode, so boring, literally only about 5 minutes of new material and the rest is all recap from the previous episodes. No surprises with today's couples.

Roll on reunion dinner party and last sofa session.

Just caught up and felt quite emotional about Mel and Layton. Think/ hope they will do better in the outside.
Alyssa looked blindsided...may be hard when she sees what everybody thinks of her? Duncan kind and decent to the last.

Thank goodness Duncan finally put a stop to it. What does the reference to letter writing mean @AlwaysGinPlease? Have I missed something?

@Blossomtoes when they were writing the letters she said out loud something like "dear Duncan I hate your guts" which was to me, just very weird.

Wow. I completely missed that. She’s a complete fruitloop. He definitely dodged a bullet there.

@Blossomtoes oh definitely well dodged. She was so awful to him. Also the " stab a bitch in the eye" comment to Janelle about Claire, weird.

How they let her in is beyond me. I disliked her just as much as I disliked sex pest Melissa and horrid Harrison.

Alyssa really doesn't see how verbally, emotionally and mentally abusive her behaviour is does she.

I was horrified when Duncan said he was told who he could and couldn't speak to in the experiment! Can you imagine if it was the other way round and he had controlled her like that 😳the ixperts and other couples would have ripped him a new one.

She is dangerous.

Thank the Patron Saint of Ixperts that Duncan did the right thing.

He was right about all of it. The relationship wasn't healthy, because Alyssa is not mentally healthy. At all. I hope she goes back to her chiiiiild and works on herself for a while before she does this to someone else. She needs to be the centre of someone's universe and that is going to crush anyone she's with. She was lucky she got someone grounded, honest and secure. If she'd been with someone snakey like Harrison someone would have ended up dead. I'm not even sure which one!

Mel and Leyton have potential. All he had to do was stop suppressing his feelings and get the picture that people have emotions that are not always logical or visible on a data sheet. I think he may just have caught it in time. I do hope so.

Omg I have just slogged my way through the last episode...🙄So, help me people, what is Lyndall planning? What's with the 'just one moment Cam'.. Whatever it is, I hope it's a juicy bombshell Cam's behaved horribly, basically outlining his whole life so there isn't a playing-cards worth of space for a partner. Did he just want a 3 month holiday from the outback?

Dunc & Al. That she was so badly hurt and didn't see it coming shows how far off course she is. There were so many references to helping him see things right.. Somehow she's grown up not knowing what a healthy relationship is. Decades down the line, she may well look back at Dunc and realise what she had. Did she not hear the ixperts say he was the most emotionally mature male in the room?

What do we think Evelyn will say? Will she give Rupe a lashing? I cannot see how she'd stay with him long term, mates maybe but not in a relationship. He just doesn't have enough self confidence. Evelyn wants a smouldering, poweful man who can sweep her off her feet and match her energy.

Evelyn will tell Rupert she’s leaving him as he hasn’t put enough effort into the relationship.

Re Rupert and Evelyn - why even bother showing up. They’re barely mates!

Yeah, fairly dull but loved Duncan and Alyssa! I am fairly sure as she was reading her words "I want to help you grow" and all that bull that Duncan was thinking uh huh...I got this right! The fact she said she wasn't expecting it just goes to show how blind she's been to her treatment of Duncan. You can't keep hiding your bad behaviour behind your upbringing, plenty of people have had shit lives but don't treat other people badly.

Not sure why they've bothered to string the commitment ceremonies over two episodes again, there's barely enough content for one 😬
