Starts here in Oz 30th January so thought I'd give everyone a heads up if you're watching in real time with us.

In case anyone needs a reminder this will be the spoiler/up to date thread. Someone else can start the UK pace one.

Looks like quite the dinner party on the way. My money is on only Ollie and Tahnee and maybe Mel and Layton making it to final vows?

That was one of the highlights of the entire series for me. Loved it.

Per the Daily Mail (hangs head in shame) H's mum has come out fighting in defence of her son v the marvellous Kirra. Maybe if he'd been brought up to respect women and show kindness he wouldn't be in this spot. I appreciate so much is editing but you have to say those things to be able to edit them.

I wondered if Bronte's sister was single and if we were likely to see her on a reality show soon given her fiery nature!

Harry and Brontë. What an absolute idiot he is. No redeeming qualities at all. Not a single one.
Always find the vows a bit yawn. But love the reunion dinner party!!!!

My favourite is the reunion couch. Everyone gets their shit called out there.

Being with Alyssa must be so draining, but of course I'm hearing the usual 'bad edit' chat. I know things are edited but it must be hard editing someone to look that much of a dick. In fact in the recent so dramatic podcasts it seems everyone is claiming bad edit!

Harrison was talking to Bronte like she was a child "your behaviour is not becoming" what an utter prick. Her saying I'd choose my family over you any day was the absolute best thing she could have said 👏

I am starting to feel happy it's coming to an end although agree the final vows are pretty dull, good for the fast forward!

I have a horrible feeling Duncan will be a wet blanket and say yes to Alyssa and she'll say no.

I hope that Ollie and Tahnee do make it work. They seem so perfect...but too perfect.

Mel and Layton could be the ultimate power couple. I think they'll do better outside of the experiment.

Bronte & Harrison weren't even shown in the clips for the next ep so I hope they have gone. I'm actually bored of their 'storyline'. She was told so many times that he was gaslighting her and she just got defensive. When her sister says it suddenly it's true. She has no mind of her own! He's just an arsehole and clearly a troll.

Lyndall & Cam are over regardless. They both know it. Was harsh seeing that playout.

Evelyn & Rupert could work. I think she secretly loves how goofy he is.

I'm hoping there are some skeletons to be aired..

I'm about to start episode 32 but I'm having to gird my loins at this point. It's a heavy weight..

As for Cam. Wtaf is he doing on this program?

Cam has hidden issues. He's not all about loving the outback (which granted he might like) I he's about avoidance. Where did he learn that though?

I thought her mates were as bad as her. Absolutely flummoxed that a man is comfortable being second to his wife’s child. “REALLY? You’d be okay with that?!” Christ love maybe you have a low bar for men but that doesn’t mean every man is a psycho

With Cam - and actually, a lot of these men over the years - I think when they’re paired with non-dolly bird smart women, they don’t fancy them. They want the conventionally good looking pick me women (Tayla, who funnily enough Cam ran to cuddle at the retreat) who will agree with everything The Man says.

It was the same in the season with Troy and Ashley - the millionaire (who went to prison for fraud after the series ended) didn’t fancy his intelligent wife and wanted bleach blonde Ashley.

The guy last year paired with the lovely Asian girl who was out of his league kept banging on about having a ‘surfy’ (read: white) girl.

Season 7 when that surf dude Johnny (I’m just so deep maaaan I love the animals and nature and want a smart woman) was paired with an actual marine biologist Connie. Who was pretty but not bleach blonde Barbie looks. Then on boys night when they had the ‘which other bride would you pick’ surf dude picked the Barbie looking one and every other groom picked Connie because she’s beautiful and clever.

And Dan of course who didn’t fancy Sandy one bit.

It makes me think these ‘one with nature’ men are just superficial twats hiding under a load of waffle about being at one with the Earth and they’re no better than your every day misogynist. The poor women always get fooled into thinking he is deep to eventually find he’s as deep as a Barbie’s swimming pool.

Connie was an absolute stand out. She was so bright and beautiful. She had a genuine happy ending, despite emerging single.

Yes, hers was one of my favourite commitment ceremonies because it was about her finding her confidence, standing up to her mum and feeling she was enough. Johnny was a total goon

I don’t want to cause a riot but I’ve just had an email from Netflix - season 4 of Love is Blind starts tomorrow 😱 it’s better be better than the last one!

So according to the Daily Fail (how the hell are their stories coming up on my page in Australia??!!) Jessie and Janelle were holding hands going into a concert with Tahnee and Ollie. He was moaning about the positive redemption arc edit Claire was given and felt he didn't manage to make a 'close connection' and lists his friends as Janelle followed by Cam, Harrison and Duncan....

Seriously?

It just reminds me of the fact that actually, Jessie was a prick towards Claire at the beginning. And only AFTER the whole pub incident did he pull his finger out to behave better. It was because of that nice behaviour that Claire started to feel guilty. He had quite a redemption arc going there too!!!

And I agree Mel and Layton would do better outside of the experiment. They are both such busy people they must have climbed the walls a bit cooped up like this. They look like they attended the dinner party together? I hope so!!

She says that she found it hard to connect with Jesse on the honeymoon - he spent a lot of time with noise-cancelling headphones on, watching YouTube videos of old MAFS episodes and playing puzzle games online. After their fall-out on the honeymoon, they had no contact for 8 days until they went to the first dinner party.

Apparently the girlfriend who kept Jesse a secret was someone he was seeing when he was 16 and she was 18 and he's never had a girlfriend since.

I liked both Jesse and Claire but they were so incompatible. The So Dramatic podcast interviewed Jesse and he said post-MAFS he wanted to find a girlfriend who was quiet and who he could teach, which put me off him.
