Patsy was horrendous. Loved the gymnast he will go far.

I don’t care for Joey. Acting like he does is just about bearable if in your teens. 30 plus and you are on creepy territory. All the grinning and camera seeking and Towie cheese is not for me. He could skate like Evgeni and I’d still want to fast forward him. 7s are a nonsense. But 10 out of 10 for still being JE. I give myself 1 out of 10 for tolerance.

I’ve no idea who Elon Su is as I missed Love Island. I missed her costume as well. They did well to get some sequins to stick as she skated past. Michelle is lucky to have Lucasz. He looks like he is going to be a support for her. She had Ekin Su’s costume material hanging off her skirt. I want to see this lass shine. @ArcaneWireless agree about JE. I found it really creepy that he mentioned several times how good looking Vanessa is and that they are both single. I know romances have blossomed on DOI but for that to be the very first thing JE implied was a bit yuck.

PrincessScarlett. Aye, I’m not keen. I didn’t care for the way he was in Towie. The way he spoke to and spoke about women was at best disrespectful. At worst? Well, it isn’t hard to imagine..

And then you tell yourself, ah, but it’s a scripted reality show and try to give him a bit of slack and you think ah, he is young.

And then you find him on Sliding On Slipoy Stuff and realise he does not seem to have evolved and he seems like a creepy melt and wondered if slack was an error in judgement.

Ekin Su just tried to gain points by being her idea of "sexy". She was just awful. I had to laugh when she came bottom as she clearly thought crawling across the ice would get her points. Her and her bf seem so vacuous.

I was confused about the hands and knees job - nothing sexy about crawling over ice though if someone else is round about you. Why would you chance your fingers?

Figure skater here - not a massively good one, but I can do a couple of jumps, and attempt the 3 basic spin positions 😀Nile was brilliant, a butterfly attempt and pair camel spin in week one is incredible, can't wait to see how he progresses. His partner is amazing - a real accomplishment for DOI, getting her on board.

Looking forward to week 2 - I did a skate camp with Mark Hanretty in September and he got me attempting things after two days that'd I'd never dreamed of trying before. He's a good coach, and from what I've seen on his IG of training, his partner Carly is picking up the skating well.
