I liked:

• Our Flag Means Death
• Sherwood
• Slow Horses

I turned off:

• Bad Sisters (loved the writing and performances but couldn't BEAR the prick - it was just making me stressed watching it!)

And I cannot watch Broadchurch/ Happy Valley style grim, violent TV, no matter how well written.

What have I missed that you have loved?

Just finished Lockwood And Co (Netflix). Really well done, non-annoying teenagers, spooky.

Marie Antoinette. It just gets better.

New season of ted lasso starts next month!

Funny Woman on Sky Max

Gemma Arterton is superb in it. Very entertaining but deals with issues of classism, misogyny and racism too.

Very stylishly shot as well.

I loved it.

After watching all of Happy Valley, rather late to the party, I’ve now just watched all of Last Tango in Halifax, and have really enjoyed that too.
