Looks like Love Island producers have announced that participants' social media will be locked whilst the programme airs. (Looking for reliable source, so far I can only find tabloid stories).
I hope it's true, I think it's needed.

I really didn’t want to end up watching this series (has been on a downhill trend since probably the 2018 series but particularly last summers was crap) and give myself a break, maybe get back on it for the summer series, but now the day is here I’m quite excited to put it on…

I'm off on hols end of next week but still planning to watch.

If you actually know the boy personally i would imagine it would be a bit weird potentially thinking of him as if he's a nice guy and then on the show seeing him being a dick. I'd hate for someone I know being on a reality TV show.

The cast is full of diversity shapes and sizes and LGBTQ..

Always watch later at night but how does LGBTQ work in LI well I guess its more nuanced but I feel like lesbian/ gay couples can't work unless you do like double the contestants side by side as gay men won't be romantic with straight women for example
