we either love or hate ch5 dramas 😂😂

A newlywed couple living in the Melbourne suburbs have their lives shattered by tragedy. Alison Weston (Ackley Bridge star Jo Joyner) is left devastated when her new husband Sean (Neighbours star Peter O’Brien) goes out surfing one morning and fails to return home. After an extensive search of the coast near their home, the police conclude that Sean drowned in a dangerous riptide - but a grieving Alison, increasingly aware of the tensions among her family and close friends, begins to suspect that something else happened to him...

"What I think is unusual about this thriller is that you don’t spend all four episodes wondering who did what," explains Jo Joyner. "You spend a good amount of time being suspicious of everybody, but at a certain point the audience hold all the cards, and I think that has its own thrill. They will know who they shouldn’t trust, and then that becomes even more suspense-filled!"

Where did Dan/simon get his money from as didn't seem to be handyman

Least he dad wasn't shagging her bf

I always feel that Channel 5 series' start well and grip my interest, and then get lamer as the series goes on, often with a disappointing or very mediocre ending

Not as bad as some of the Ch 5 dramas ..

And how were the owners of next door allowed back in their house with no explanation of what had occurred from the police and it was a crime scene so should have been taped off for forensics.

Yes - even if we are supposed to deduce a passage of time (but it was only supposedly a few days till their return), how would they not have been told that poor estate agent woman had been murdered in their home? There would still be luminol and the like everywhere.

I think the daughter said on the phone that they had found another woman’s body. When she was trying to get her to leave and come home.

Just got to the part where Mrs Allure confronts Ethan about possibly breaking in, and his new squeeze prances out of the glass doors saying he wants some water - all jiggling moobs and not looking at the camera - ... "Oh hi - are you here for eggs benny?"...

Can't bear any more. Dreadful.

Ep 4...she's down at the beach launching flowers in to the water wearing a wafty dress and psycho loon Dan is wearing a shirt, jumper and jacket... why didn't anyone pick up the weirdy vibes from Dan, surely he's oozing them from every floppy hair on his head?!
