Fuzzy for a place full of HCPs, you would think they would do some sort of assessment regarding chairs/seating/ pc positions etc.

Sitting with your feet up at the desk wouldn't fly anywhere- even in a non-customer facing office. (and it's bad for your back).

I worked in a call centre years ago - selling loans (walked out after 3 months, horrible job). Anyway- totally phne based, never saw a 'customer' - but what we wore, (couldn't wear a jacket that didn't match the trousers/skirt) how we did our hair, how we sat, how our desk was laid out - it was all very, very professional. Ridiculously ott, to be honest. No-one saw us!!

We could have done just as good a job in fluffy jumpers and jeans.

That's what I said to DH, it's so unprofessional slouching like that with her foot up on the shelf 😄
