I know, I get she did not think it through but surely she realised the possible repercussions. She took the risk, why expect Al to cover?

I think it is one of those annoying situations where the writers suddenly expect us to believe that a character- who has worked in a medical setting for well over a decade - would not appreciate the trouble she would be in by committing prescription fraud- or even think that that was what she was doing.

I know the Val character can be ditzy, but she really isn't that stupid.

Is it because they have an unused prison set (post Jimmi-Clink) and need to get their money's worth from it?

and Al can’t take the blame for this. Val is not contrite either. Even I know faking prescriptions is a complete no-no.

The current storyline with Valarie is so stupid. Surely we're not meant to believe that she doesn't know the implications of what she's doing?

I can't believe it was that easy for Val to fake the prescription either, surely there are super secure procedures to stop this sort of thing.
