Now for the making-me-seriously-jealous bit...

expatinscotland · 30/01/2008 20:37

playrooms are a crock.

they just bring all their toys into the living room and you wind up screaming at them to take them back to the playroom.

they never want to stay in there and play because you're not there to annoy, listen to their fights, etc.

I've just let out an audible sigh at that beach...

I officially hate them now.

expatinscotland · 30/01/2008 20:40

They're dull.

How does she know it's typically French when she's never even been there?

OP posts:
Washersaurus · 30/01/2008 20:40

I doubt they have any intention of buying anything

Botbot · 30/01/2008 20:40

Still obsessed with size. How much time are you going to spend there, FFS?

You don't even speak any French!

gigglewitch · 30/01/2008 20:41

I'm not finding it very gripping - uninspired people like u said

I bet he finds something wrong with this one too

expatinscotland · 30/01/2008 20:43

Sorry but these people are not only dull but also tasteless.

I mean, they find this house now better and it's so far beyond naff it's not true.

OP posts:
expatinscotland · 30/01/2008 20:44

What a fugly house.

And why do they always go to places full of other Brits?

Isn't the point of going to a foreign country to get a break from your own, savour another culture/food/language, etc.?

AAARRHHH, it has room for you to grow and EXTEND it.. They have never been to effing france before.I think they are both on heavy duty valium, there is no glimmer of life within.

Botbot · 30/01/2008 20:45

Too right. He seems just to want to have something to show off about. 'I've got a gaff in France, and it's massive' etc.

gigglewitch · 30/01/2008 20:46

couldn't they find anyone with a pulse to look at houses with them...

ViolentFemme · 30/01/2008 20:47

Have just tuned in. Hi folks.

Washersaurus · 30/01/2008 20:47

HOW can you be that uninspired when house hunting with a decent-ish budget?

He reminds me of someone...and I don't like him

Lucycat · 30/01/2008 20:47

they have too much money and no taste.

'now we've got here it's a lot hotter than what we thought' ffs

yogabird · 30/01/2008 20:47

why can't we afford to drag this one out of the 1960's? not fair!!

PaulaYatesBiggestFan · 30/01/2008 20:50

is it just that they are humourless?

Washersaurus · 30/01/2008 20:50

Botbot · 30/01/2008 20:51
