I think the producers upped the trial for MH actually. The challenge itself, finding keys and matching them to random padlocks is already a much harder task Others have only had to feel around or grab stars.
Then you have a confined space ( with the sand added for effect) , then it went dark. Then there were 30 snakes.
I mean it was like three trials in one.

Yeah it was ridiculously hard on purpose

i have been wondering if it was a whole new level of horribleness and difficulty but it’s so many years since I’ve watched I can’t tell.

I think they're generally pretty horrible so didn't notice this one being any worse than usual.

Ok so the first one was two of them sticking their hands in the unknown to turn dials. Another camp mate had the coffin effect filling with water. MH had all of those elements on his own.

I didn’t see the first one. The MH one in the pool with the ever decreasing headroom and having to feel into the box of critters and untie the star was hard as well. I couldn’t remember them being tied tightly in place before and I was shocked by the end when he barely had room to get his nose and mouth above the water.

I hope they get zero stars

The octopus one made me feel anxious about breathing and I was in the sofa. I’d have had a panic attack doing that one. He was amazing to keep diving down and getting the stars. You had to be fit to do that one.

so far MH did very well.
he was bitten by a scorpion but went on the trial nevertheless and did very well.

it must be exhausting to do so many trials (and perfectly) i hope he survives well.

he didnt leave them hungry, he supplied well and i think he is done best that any one of them could do.

as a pp said he has been very cordial to all of them despite the bitchiness around.
his children must be very proud of him

I think if they don't get well fed then they may just realise how lucky they were to have Matt initially.
But I am worried because if they don't do well and don't eat well, the HE will be the target of the hangry group.
He can't win basically and I do feel sorry for him.
