I can’t believe he blamed that on drugs!! What kind of drug makes you kidnap and beat someone?? Also the man escaped, it’s not like he was set free, so he could have been held captive for years like other kidnapping victims for all we know 😳

1 hour out of 12. As I don't count sleeping for 8 hours or more. Or generally resting around.

Could you tell me why? I know CM used to be an absolute bellend in the 90's but he's said himself he wants to do the show to prove he's not an arse anymore.

he had the highest audience figures as BBC radio 1 breakfast host and he's been on Radio X for about 4 years now. I listen to his show every day and think he's a funny guy!

MT went down in my estimation tonight when he chose nasty, sanctimonious Sue as his side-kick for the leadership battle. I think if he's got any intelligence he'll realise that siding with the bullies is not going to do him any favours.
The problem for the camp mates (& the programme as a whole) is that Matt was supposed to be the bad guy, the one who would suffer ritual humiliation & be a joke. Instead he's successfully rising to the challenge & not rising to the digs, which Sue, Moyles & BG in particular can't take. I think the fact that he got the public vote for camp leader will have shocked them & if they're sensible enough they'll realise that he's coming over quite well with the viewers.
They're happy to make their snide comments behind his back, but not to his face & not one of them is principled enough to refuse the food he's single handedly supplying.
Hoping those 3 are voted out first and when next week it's not the viewer's vote for trials the nicer camp members like Jill, Owen & Baba will have a chance to come to the fore a bit more.
If not it's going to be the MH show all the way (he'll be delighted at how it's playing out) & I think at this stage I'd be surprised if he's not at least final 3.

ITV show Matt 90% of the time then he's Gonna get loads of votes , for trials, leadership and soon to win..
Stop showing him all the time and he won't top the polls.
And whoever is hardly shown will be 1st out!

To be honest I don’t think MT is much better, he’s constantly making digs at MH, saying things like “people won’t forgive me for losing to him” etc

Matt Hancock is doing very well in the jungle but I think people will soon vote for someone else to do a trial because it's all getting a bit predictable.

Why on earth should he win? He shouldn't even be in the jungle, he should be back in the UK, doing his job and representing his constituents.
As someone not in the UK I can't understand why the public aren't raging about this!

I'm hoping people don't vote MH for the next trial, I think they'd be daft to, we've been in this situation before and whilst I don't like it when the camp mates get to decide amongst themselves I'd prefer that than the same person each time. Would be far better to prevent them from doing 2 in a row.

Yeah same I’m voting for CM as he seems to be the only one who could realistically overtake Matt with votes.

@GuiltyPleasure Agree with your MT comments. Both me and DP said when watching that if he's happy to side with a nasty bully like Sue, his real personality is probably closer to hers than what he's showing on tv.
I do think sitting with his arm round her and calling her his camp wife is a bit weird too. They've only been in there a few days.

BG needs to remind himself that MH is no longer a Tory. They kicked him out.

Who sang some mediocre songs

One of the biggest bands of the 80's, hardly mediocre 🙄

Culture club was an odd group in the 80s as BG was so charismatic and all the drama with him and the drummer and his alternate lifestyle and clothes and his wonderful voice , yet the songs were actually quite pedestrian and not that edgy , just very sing along catchy pop songs! They were an enigma.
