Fresh apricots always taste a bit nothingy.

Apricots are the WORST fruit. I hate the soggy little bastards.

You get the odd perfect, juicy, delicious fresh apricot. But about 3,000 duff spongy ones.

I like the look of this.

And there we have it from Marcus - the chefs will be up against it. I don’t mind as much as it’s professionals. Some come in very cocky as well.
