Gemma is a vulgar sex pest but of all of them Matt screams ‘run for the hills’ the most to me. All on his terms, no negotiating and it’s like he enjoys the power trip of making her cry all the time. I just want her to find some self respect and tell him to sod off

They are pretty much all walking red flags or at least edited to be that way. The women worse then the men this season.

Everyone is a product of their lives and past experiences and has their own issues. This season is just dragging because there aren’t enough happy couples / actual romance to balance out the conflict / drama and sex pest women.

Someone needs to take Gemma aside ....

I would take Matt over Gemma. She completely disrespects him and then cries when he doesn’t want to be molested. I would push a guy away too who acted like Gemma. And if he cried about it, it would turn me off even more.

I get worried about less visible red flags.

If I went on mafs and the man I married started talking about having a massive boner for me and how much he wanted to rip my clothes off and he was practically jizzing over me and kept making cheesy innuendos, I would get the major ick. And then if I said I didn't like that kind of bantee and he KEPT ON DOING IT, yes I'd get angry.

I really don't get the Matt hate. I know it's rooted in insecurities but Gemma's behaviour is terrible.

Oh her behaviour is totally inappropriate and agree if the tables were turned it wouldn’t be and shouldn’t be remotely tolerated.
I do think she’s trying though (less of it tonight) where as he just isn’t.

I find all the shanita/April/Thomas drama very confusing, not least because Shanita seems so nice but dull I can't imagine anyone having strong feelings about her either way.

How is she trying? She has taken nothing on board, kept doing what she was doing, and sees herself as a victim. She cries but I have seen no effort to show him respect in any way.

I love this series and haven't watched any this week though I will catch up at the weekend. What I would like is a kind of big brother cam in the corner of the room so that we see how they actually interact with each other when they've forgotten the camera is switched on.

Agree it isn’t real. I like all the drama - that is what makes for good reality tv but the sex pest stuff from Kasia and Gemma leaves a really bad taste for me. That isn’t drama and shouldn’t be used for entertainment. Kwame and Kasia could have had plenty of power struggle / ego drama without the sex pest stuff. Not sure about Matt and Gemma as 99% of their airtime has been her being a sex pest and him responding to it. We don’t know much else about them.

RE applying for the show I looked it up the other day you don't get paid for the show and it seems bar some help with the wedding it actually costs you money, like you don't get paid for Naked Attraction unless you're on stand by and not needed and you get £75

George seems like an absolute arse to me. April doesn't seem great either but I couldn't last 5 minutes with him. That constant need to be psychologically propped up gets old really quickly.
Gemma and Matt- I actually think they're both pretty shit. Gemma is vulgar and comes on far too strong, but clearly Matt doesn't like her and is just stringing her along.
I think Sophie and Jonathan could possibly be the strongest couple as long as her slight snobbery and his total chill don't clash.
Kasia and Kwame seem to be doing better but Kasia makes me cringe with the way she gets on
Thomas and Adrian seem good and I hope it stays that way.
Zoe seems so genuine and down to earth, and Jenna honestly seems like hard work. I was a vegan for about 4 years and tbh a lot of people did bring it up like all the time, so I gave her a by ball at first but she just seems impossible to please.
Chanita and Jordan are cute together
Duka and Whitney - I know she says he's fake, but goodness me, she seems like such hard work. She ALWAYS has a massive resting bitch face and gives off mean girl vibes strongly.

Do we know if George's kids all have the same mum? i.e April could feel insecure that there's a history/link with someone who'll always be in his life, but she's not banging on about it
