To be fair to Jenna, what Zoe also said was that she never had any really big laughs with her, which is quite hurtful to hear for the first time on that couch. It would upset me.
For the first time last night I actually saw what Whitney means about Duka; he doesn’t come across as properly putting himself into all this. It may be that this is his personality and so that’s that, but he came across as not being emotionally invested at all. Nothing he said was personal to her. I think she’s pushing and pushing at him for some sort of connection that feels real. She’s clearly not in any state to be on this show, but I think it would be frustrating to feel that the other person was giving nothing of themselves.
George is a controlling and jealous man. Insecure, my arse. I’m beginning to suspect that the ‘cheating’ he experienced might be in the eye of the beholder. April is a tedious woman (Tiny Tears is genius) but she doesn’t deserve this. Imagine if someone posted about a new boyfriend grilling them on their past and then blowing up at them after they’d googled you and found some minor inconsistency? LTB would be flying around. It says a lot that she lied actually as I imagine she was trying to avoid being quizzed on it all.
Matt and Gemma just need to stop. She looks miserable and nervous, and he clearly detests her.
Johnathan is a plank. Glad he could cope with a fat partner for medical reasons though; reassuring for any future wife.
K&K, the eternal mystery. But if some pink feathers and lube can turn a relationship around so quickly, I think Relate will be going out of business.
