I can't binge it because stupid iPlayer keeps crashing. Hopefully now there is a spoilers thread this thread will stay with the TV pace. Anyway, I enjoyed it although found it hard to get into to start with. I'm glad it's not a straightforward comedy as I think that would be a bit cringy.

I'm on ep 6. The house used for the memorial looks very like the house used in Poldark for the house where George lived (outside not inside? Is it the same one? Possibly Lacock.

I checked it out, it is the same house. Tetbury I think

I really really liked this show.
Thought she was brilliant in the Witchfinder as well. The whole cast were great in this. It was possibly trying to achieve too many things at the same time and could have been streamlined, but it was still a right laugh.

I know they filmed some of Poldark in Lacock which is why I thought it might be there.

Brilliant series. Very dark where she says Ollie reminds her of herself & it scares her. Then the cat!!!

I stayed in a holiday cottage with the bedroom that colour. The window had a blind on it but wasn't near the head end of the bed; it overlooked the middle section of it. It looked good but even with bedside lights each side, it wasn't possible to read anything without a screen at all. I then got unwell on holiday and had to spend much more time in there, I felt jumpy and panicky and was so happy to get out.

The house is almost like another character . It has a real sense of foreboding about it.

To me the house said 'money' but not 'comfort'.

100% sure I've seen stations with parallel tracks and trains being as close as that while being on a train before. I don't think it's that strange.

I've seen a lot of posts about this and how amazing the ending was only to watch the ending and thought it was predictable so was a bit of a letdown but the series overall was brilliant!

Didn't sense this at all. Just seemed like a normal house.

It was a lovely house and did look cosy. It's like we were watching 2 different shows lol.

Loved this series. Great acting.
