Daisy May Cooper is a fucking genius. Loved the writing, loved the plot, loved the cast. It’s one of the most perfect series I have watched in a long time and I’m only gutted there wasn’t more of it. There’s so much more to explore and I can’t wait for more.

If you’re on here, Cooper, you are brilliant and I bloody love your irreverent portrayal of motherhood and Ollie was such a brilliant character and actor too.

There isn’t one yet, as far as I am aware.

I binged this and loved it too. It felt genuinely inclusive in the way her son just was himself. I read an interview in which she said some bits of it were improvised, including some of his scenes, which I think really came across in how natural they seemed together.

I kept thinking I recognised lead actors but can't see on IMDB that I have ever seen them before. So it took me a while to believe it was Jessica Hynes! (Hope that's not a big spoiler.)

It's written more on the relationship board, not that often to be fair , I think I wrote it once when it was clear the opening post's thread was married to an absolutely dreadful person who treated them badly and they deserved better.

The house is horrifying me. It is so dark and oppressive and claustrophobic. Do people really live in houses like this?
