I've just been listening to the last of the bbc podcasts which features Larry and Martha and I really enjoyed their relationship too.

Think so. It seems to be a theme of "Stupid Deaths", none quite as obvious as we might imagine or have been led to believe. Not sure how to reconcile the ghosts intervening with the course of future, ie preventing Mike potentially dying.

I think Robin will be the very last to pass on. He looks after everyone else and is wise so will make sure they are all ok before he passes on.
