I’ve just seen the Casper interview - why were they asking if he did crochet in his spare time?

I started watching the Berrettini/ADF match then I went to the cinema and was surprised that it was still going on when I came out of the film - sounds like a good match. (Although I’m not sure that going to see Good luck to you Leo Grande with my DM was a good idea - we both liked the young actor but could have done without seeing a naked Emma Thompson!)

Just seen that Rafa/Tiafoe’s match is on at 6.15 pm UK time tomorrow - that’s a bit of a surprise but means that I should get to watch it (that will make me popular with the rest of the family - hope they don’t want any tea tomorrow!)

I've just seen that unfortunately Dick beat Medvedev. I'm glad I didn't see it. I can imagine how gleeful the commentators are about the rise of Nick. .

i have been out all morning, and we now have no electric because there is stuff being done in the kitchen. Better be up and running for the tennis.

The upshot to Daniil losing ( if there is one) is that Rafa is number 1 in the live rankings. Even if he loses today, he will stay there unless ( if I've worked this out right) Casper reaches the final, or Alcaraz wins.
