kazza oh no! I hope you arent too bad with it- I felt so ill at the start .Really bad luck for your ds, too. Keep yourself well.

It's funny how many people I know now who are getting it for the first time- well, I suppose it's inevitable we will all get it at some point, in some form- but my mum, step dad and gran all have it too- and they've dodged it several times over.
I felt bad enough- and am just grateful I have been triple jabbed.

Talking of the jab...I was reading something yesterady where a widower in Aus was demanding Djok not be allowed in to Australia. Why (again) should he be above the rules? No, it's not about covid now- its about his deportation. But that wouldn't have happened if he had just accepted he couldn't play in January. There's every possibility that for covid reasons he would now be allwed back. But if they won't bend rules for other people with regards deportation and return within 3 years- then why do it for him.

It's like deja vu. (and I've said that before).

I hope you feel better soon Raahh and kazza. I am another one who hasn’t had covid yet, but I am starting to feel like a ticking time bomb the number of people around me who are testing positive 😬

It’s a shame about Emma’s coach, it seemed like that was going quite well, and she surely needs some stability in that department. Apparently she’s hired Andy Murray’s former fitness coach which seems like a good move given her recent injury issues.

Yes, having Jez Green on side can only be a positive move. Let's hope he lasts a bit longer than a few weeks months

Aah that’s lovely news about all the tennis babies - was there a break in the tennis schedules 9 months ago?

I wonder if we will get to see any pics of the Nadal baby? I read that they left hospital a few days ago and that Rafa had been spotted watching Champions league footy on the tv in the hospital room - sounds like my DH when DS1 was born

Jane that would be a good end to the year. Sooner rather than later. Must be tiring for the poor bloke- he's had abou 6 months of 'decent' results after years of being a dick.

Of course, his court case is still ongoing (he's trying to get it quashed on mental health grounds). I'll just be glad to see the back of him.

Mega sympathies to all acec covid. I had it in June, not badly,but it took me a good 6/8 weeks to regain normal pace.

Don't try to do too much.

All fine here, busy and starting to get a social life and meeting lots of French friends.
