What kind of crappy ovens are these anyway?

I never boil lasagna sheets before I assemble the lasagna, does anyone else boil them

I make a slow cooked pie filling (Hugh Fernley-Whittingstall) and the kidneys are swapped out for chestnut mushrooms. Divine though my apologies to the vegetarians and vegans here.

@Ellenanora7 It's in this book. He's gone much more veggie since. Top tip - don't do the pastry bottom, pastry top and mash or you will have the biggest carb slump ever. Pastry top plus a pile of veg is lovely.

@EsmaCannonball kinda hoping they're all being lured from annual leave, retirement and cosplay to queue up for the dinners
