Does anyone remember that episode of ER years ago when Doctor Romano got in the way of a helicopter? Let’s just say he wasn’t resuming his operating career after that unfortunate event.

Just looked it up and yes! He lost an arm to a helicopter rotor blade. Then, in what can only be described as jolly bad luck, he was killed a few years later when a (different) helicopter fell on him.
