Has anyone seen this advertised? Its written by Sharon Horgan and it’s where four sisters plot to kill the abusive husband of their other sister. Says it’s a comedy/drama. Irish. Looks hilarious!

@LizzieMacQueen i heard it was based on a foreign series called “clan” but they changed a few things. Does anyone else think JP and Sharon Horgan character have a romantic past? Or they slept together at some point maybe.

I absolutely love the house on the beach, the 'forty-foot' and the scenery, I wonder how much a house like that would cost.

@saddowizca if the house is in Sandycove, and it looks like it could be, then its probably about 3-4 million euro today, so I think about 2.5-3.5 million pounds, it could even be more. As it’s a family house in the show though it was probably bought by the parents for about 15-20k back in the 70s and would have been a nice house but one that could be probably be purchased on a very good single professional income.

Basically I have a massive Sharon Horgan crush so whatever she does I love (from Pulling to Divorce & beyond ). I’m loving Bad Sisters: A show where everyone is flawed is so much more complex & interesting. Hate JP. Agree with whoever said that SH’s character will be revealed to have had a “moment” (or more) with JP.

Yes I think Sharon’s character may have been attracted to JP in the past (before his personality was clear) and there is a history there that went sour.

I don’t know, I really want to like it but I feel it’s dragging on.

every episode follows the same format and we know he’s not going to die on that next attempt either.

part of the problem for me is that, by having to wait a whole week I’m feeling disconnected from the characters.

may wait until they’re all out and watch them more closely.

Well I'm still loving this! I'm now wondering if any of them actually killed him or was it accidental (something he caused himself) or possibly the neighbour!! Every week we see more examples of what a prick he was, we all really want him dead now I was so disappointed for Eva when that french guy turned out to be gay I really wish we could just binge it though, I don't get why we have to wait when we've paid for the subscription.

I said exactly the same during the first episode @Netaporter - I think it will have been an accident but the neighbour will have been the one to cause the accident!

I feel such a mix of emotions watching this programme, I wince and squirm and am disgusted by his treatment of his wife - who plays the part perfectly - but then laugh out loud at how dastardly he is. I also really love the locations.
I also really want it all to end so the sisters are all ok - 🙏please let them be ok - but am convinced it will end badly for them.

I don’t despise John Paul as much as I should no clue why but I find him quite watchable. Grace is irritating me so much more.

I thought this last week and after seeing this week’s episode , I wouldn’t be surprised if the daughter had something to do with his death.

i think she hates him.

She does hate him. I think he genuinely loves her though. I think his mother is a dark horse especially after the end scene. I bet it was her.
