I am loving the farokh descriptions. Unfortunately I have lost my grin emoji in the update so you'll just have to imagine my appreciation

@Clymene I just use the square brackets still and type 'grin' between them. Does that not work for you any more?

@Clymene if you click on the smiley face at the bottom of the message box you will get a load of emojis. The original mumsnet ones come up if you press m. It is one of the new features that are a big improvement. I like the @ which lists all the contributors to a thread so you just click on the one you want, and the bold/underline/ cross out and italic shortcuts too.

@viques oooh thanks for that tip about using the @ - makes it much quicker! Struggling to find many other positives about the update

Sad to see Faroqh go! I really loved seeing some truly unique food. Holly was great too but not up to pressure I guess. I think by this stage I get kinda attached to them all. Thomas is so sweet. I’m 100% behind Pooqi and Radha now.

My dinner was super disappointing. I thought I'd be haute cuisine and make a chicken mince Bolognese. It was foul. Bin.

Hello all. I had lovely fresh fish tonight, bought from the nice fish van man. It’s considerably nicer than anything you get from Waitrose, and you don’t have to take out a second mortgage to buy it.

Hope someone makes kfc.
