It's a scary thought, that Carlos was a few days away from only being 2 when Rafa first won in Barcelona

I have just discovered why the other court is named after Jan Kodes (I was losing sleep over it, obviously )
Apparently, (the main court keeps it's name- after Rafa)- but the second court changes each year, and honours the winner from 50 years before.- and Kodes won in 1972.

If this tradition carries on for 40 odd, I'm not sure how they will deal with the 12 times Rafa won . Unless by then, someone has won more and they've changed the name.

Ooh- singing. 'Barcelona' Obvs.

glad I missed Goody - he is very creepy - I was hoping they’d quietly forgotten about him (he must be scary for all those children!)

I thought Goody was a fish thing, Fizzy- but apparently he's a dragon.

He really is creepy.

And Iga won in Stuttgart, so all in all- it's been a good day, winners wise.

So happy for Andrey. My phone coverage wouldn't work after the tiebreak so I didn't see the result until I came home. I was sure Djok would have won so to see he lost the third 6-0 made my day!

Carlos had to jump into the swimming pool with the ball kids (I bet Rafa wishes he’d not started that tradition!) - he looked as if he enjoyed it though

The Tennis Podcast gave an explanation about the Jan Kodes court but I already knew the reason (thank you Raahh) - apparently we can look forward to the Todd Martin court in a few years time and they were also wondering what would happen when they get to Rafa’s anniversary

Also Raonic has got married - apparently the wedding photos were pretty weird so I’m off to check them out

Oh, congratultions to Milos. I thought about him the other day - I think it was because there was someone else who was very tall, but wearing too-small shorts.
I haven't had chance to watch today. Not done anything as useful as cleaning , but I did do a very small amount some ironing.
l saw the swimming pool picture- Rafa is probably glad it's younger launching himself in the pool. Recipe for disaster at the moment with his injuries!

From the bit of a picture I have found of Milos- looks like he has sorted out his lockdown- Wreck-it Ralph hair

In another picture, though, he doesn't look like himself at all (he looks better in a black suit)- and a bit like he's in a Country and Western group.
