I want Daniil to win (sorry)- it's a small victory over Djok, to keep knocking him off the top.
Clay is not Daniil's surface at all, so Djok will probably make up lost ground when he comes back.

I tried to watch ( much to dd2's annoyance) but my Prime was not playing ball.

I did score watch though- and saw that Pedro got through.

And Hubi- who is defending the title, of course.

I have been score watching in the midde of the night -and saw some Oscars news as well.

Some good matches later- Marin is up against Alcaraz. I didn't even realise Marin was still in it . And Daniil obviously is playing Pedro.

I haven’t watched any of Miami - still a bit fed up about Rafa’s injury and don’t really want to watch Kyrgios winning - I’m sure I’ll get my tennis mojo back soon

I’m not really sure what to make of Will Smith at the Oscars - it was bizarre - I saw a picture of Serena wearing a not very flattering dress - it seems a shame that the whole thing has been overshadowed by the punch/slap

Fizzy it's really sad that some really important wins -for CODA specifically- have been over shadowed by the whole Will Smith thing. It's what this year will be remembered for- and it's not fair.

I have no idea what Serena was wearing but for once, her's wasn't the most bizarre - there were some really frock horrors.

I think the most amazing thing was how Venus's dress didn't show more than she intended!

The dress that I saw Serena wearing was a silver one but yes I agree her face looks weird. Venus’s dress is erm interesting! I think quite a lot of people almost showed more than they intended!
