BBC 2 8pm tonight (feb 1st) Tom Kerridge is one of the new judges.

Can't wait to see some soil and steam and shoehorned themes.

I really like Nathan, he seems such a lovely chap. These three are all brilliant, it's a shame they can't all go through.

Quite frankly you could put Angela Hartnett in any programme and I'd love it. She and Monica Galetti are my culinary heroes.

The Eisteddfod would fit a general arts brief but it doesn't exactly scream broadcasting. Plus I don't want a tragic pudding. Puddings should be happy.

The watches look great but the coffee anglais looks like baby sick.
