Madness to make one big cake that will (a) take a lot longer to bake through, (b0 won't necessarily bake evenly all the way though and (c) has to sliced into three or four even-sized layers. Giuseppe, what are you thinking!

Chigs will win. It has become apparent it was a set up from the start. He was pretty much the underdog, intentionally I think, at the beginning, but he's suddenly (and suspiciously) risen through the ranks, pipping Jurgen in the semi final, despite Jurgen winning the technical and his being a disaster. Soooo suspicious that Jurgen didn't get a handshake last week when the other 3 did- a subtle but indisputable way of marking him dow, Guess he wouldn't be as 'commercially' successful as Chigs, nor does he have a 'great backstory' like chips to take it forward.
