Just finished this series - AMAZING!!
Has anyone else watched it? I'm in awe of how good it was.

It is mysterious. My daughter and I caught it in summer. Must have been from a random encounter as nobody we know had it. And my younger two kids went to all the same places as us in the two weeks beforehand and didn't catch it. During the 10 days we were infectious, the two younger kids, and my DH were living in close proximity with is, I was cooking their food and sharing a bed with DH. None of them caught it from us (daily negative tests)!

My son is 11 and everyone at school is talking about it. Makes me sad that some parents don’t care what their kids watch and then our kids feel left out.

I’m watching Alice in borderlands, similar sort of feel.

No way should younger kids watch it!! Far too much gratuitous violence, suicide, sex.

I struggled through the first half of the first episode, but I think it got much better after that.

I spent the first 20 minutes or so thinking “WTF is all the hype about, this is shite”.

They’ve definitely set it up for a second season too which I’m excited about.

I was interested kind of throughout the first episode but Gogglebox spoiled it for me! The second episode was interesting but I was sort of wondering what's it about? then the third episode it picked back up again.

Great acting. I'm tempted to ask my Korean friend who lived here for 15 years before returning, about it.

'Everyone at school talking about it' does not mean they are all watching it. Kids love to pretend they know about something that's current and popular, I may be old but I can remember the bravado of the playground well

I loved it, and I usually can't cope with anything violent. Although I hid behind a cushion for a lot of that ..the advantage of subtitles is I could position the cushion so I could still read them
