It was a good match- I thought Big Foe might turn it around and take it to 3 sets a couple of times. They are obviously really good friends, which is always nice to see. I see to have seen Tiafoe play quite a lot this year. Not complaining about that- I think he has been quite over looked in recent years and is great to watch especially sleeveless

Paris has started, and I was just going to watch the Norrie match, but my internet is all over the place and Prime isn't playing ball. Might be the weather. I need to build an Ark.

Tough match for Dan Evans, potentially, against Bublik, later.

And Murray has drawn Jenson Brooksby- who will be unfamiliar to a lot of people, but he is a rapidly rising Next gen player, who won in qualifying.

Karatsev/Korda could be one of the 'popcorn' first round matches.

Not looking forward to Djok being back back in action- quite like him not being around. .

Score watching whilst back to the school run- and I saw that Cilic won un St Petersburg. I missed that- well done to him.

Korda beat Karatsev, which is a good win for him- it was tight in the 2/3 sets.

The weather is awful here - windy and rainy - not a good combo

I’d forgotten that Djok was playing in Paris - boo! I’d also got used to him not being around - will try and catch up on some of the scores and hopefully watch some tennis later in the week

Murray's opponent withdrew- so his new opponent only had a couple of hours notice. He is now playing Koepfer. I don't think they have ever met before either.

Dan lost to Bublik, which I had a sneaky feeling would happen. It was another close one in the 2/3 sets after Dan took the first fairly easily.

Djok has just won his first doubles match- not only is he playing but he is playing singles AND doubles, just to annoy me more

Still can't get Prime to work properly.

Looks like Andy lost the first set- though not as badly as it looked like he was going to- pulled it back to 6-4.

Maybe Prime is saving me from accidentally seeing Djok?

I tried to watch earlier and I couldn’t work out which matches were actually being played (I am easily confused though!)

All square in the Murray match now. But I've given up on Prime, and am watching 'Only Connect' .

We’ve just finished watching Only Connect - it’s definitely getting harder (or I’m getting more stupid - quite possible!)

Just switched the tennis on - Andy is leading 5-4 in the 3rd set with Koepfor to serve. Andy is ranting to himself and anyone else who’ll listen

I average 2 or 3 answers a weeks on Only Connect. I am always chuffed when I get a music question right- which is rare.

My proudest moment was yelling at the tv a couple of weeks back when one of the answers on the connecting wall was the Wombles, and they kept saying islands and places in Russia.

It was so obviously Wombles.

But clearly being of a certain age gave me an advantage with that answer .

I got the Wombles question right as well Raahh . I’m quite good at the missing letters round!

Fizzy 'Only Connect' is one of the highlights of my week- which says a lot about the rest of my week, really .

I am quite good at the missing vowels, but would be rubbish at answering them under pressure.

I've just seen that Andy lost - I'm not sure the result would have been different had he played Brooksby to be honest.

I love Only Connect! I also got the Wombles question, and a couple of weeks ago got the sequence of Ian Brake’s wives. That’s about my level tbh. Disappointed with Andy’s result, so many opportunities for him to win but he couldn’t quite get there.

Only connect is the highlight of our week as well! (Along with bake off!) Rock & roll!

I wonder how long Andy Murray can keep coming back after these losses - he does seem very stubborn though …

Just seen that Rafa is planning to come back in December in Abu Dhabi and then play in AO - hope his foot is getting better
