It was on yesterday (Thursday). They made beds.

Channel 4. Britain's Best Woodworker. Very similar format to GBBO, so every week one person is eliminated. Slight twist - there is an extra task in the middle, and the person who does best at that gets a free pass through to the next round, even if the main task doesn't go well for them. Looked promising.

Freya, on Extra Slice, said her and Lizzie are great friends and got matching GBBO tattoos in Liverpool

Their Instagram accounts are fabulous ...they spend a lot of time together.

The woodworking one is really good. Some very skilled people. Some annoying ones. Some more ambitious than their talent. So, yeah, similar format to the others

I watched the first episode of the woodworking one, thank you for letting me know about it!
I loved it. I' m already looking forward to this week's episode. They are all so self assured about their creativity. I think woodworking must suit a personality type that is adaptable and slow to stress.

Not exactly baking... I mean, it's a sweet, cake type creation but no baking required! It's also questionable on the pastry front, if you ask me - I know choux is a pastry but this is really stretching it!

That said - I adore maple syrup and bacon so would LOVE to dive on Amanda's.. yum!
