I didn't quite understand why Maggie thought it better to scrape her first sponge collar up and throw it in the bin rather than just stick it back in the oven for a few minutes. I know we always complain on here that the tasks are over-complicated and ridiculous and the show needs to go back to basics, but when everyone else is really pushing themselves to produce something imaginative, I'd begun to find Maggie's insistence on simple classics a bit frustrating, especially when she wasn't managing to pull them off.
I want Jürgen and Giuseppe to get their own double-act cooking show.
