I didn't recognise Leah at first. Completely forgot about the filler episode. Also her hair is different .

Thought the episode was quite boring. Another villain? Great I just want to see the commonwealth and what happens there.

Yeah, I’m fairly bored of it now in terms of villains, this one isn’t even from the comics.

Especially after the Whisperers destroyed Hilltop and Alexandria. I’m bored of Big Bads now; they need to be scene setting for the future and I hope they’re gone by mid season

Thought this weeks ep was v poor. When she did the face reveal, me and DH said ‘are we supposed to know who she is?’ we had to google it afterwards after thinking she was either from vv early on or maybe from his previous life. But no, she was from last series obv so memorable!

I love Darryl and dog, but this new lot, have they just claimed him? What if he doesn’t want to be there?? I don’t like them and thought burning the bloke in the fire was really random considering how devastated they were over losing one of their own earlier on, don’t know his name the one lying on the slab and her crying all over him. Bla bla give me back Negan, as much as him and Maggie hate each other at least they have bantz

I was bored by this episode too

Last weeks was really good so it's very disappointing.

We’ve come too far to keep being introduced to new characters, especially baddie ones. I’d rather watch the main cast get on with it now, start rebuilding their lives, chuck in some relationships etc and then it needs to end, it’s run it’s course.

Alpha was something we hadn’t seen before in a Big Bad, which is the only reason I carried on watching.

Thankfully this is the last season

It was so weird. One minute Daryl is being water boarded and the next minute it's all "welcome to our merry band, I knew you would be one of us". Given Daryls experience with the Saviours i was surprised he didnt stand up for himself a bit more. But here he is, with another "Bad Guy Group" wanting him to be one of them.

I want to see the Commonwealth and I want to see more action and resolution of how their lives will continue.

Agreed re Commonwealth/resolution.

Darryl will probably take them down from the inside. He’s never really had any interest in having a girlfriend etc so I can’t see Leahs presence changing his loyalties.

Honestly I found that episode boring. Just not getting into this series at all. I used to be excited to watch every week

I stopped watching midway through S8 and didn’t pick it up again until first lockdown. And I’d spent the first season heavily pregnant and waiting up till midnight to watch it on FX!

I can see Darryl eventually going off alone with dog. He’s a loner type, happy in his own company.
I miss seeing him riding along on his motorbike. I saw a clip of Norman Reedus who plays Darryl giving an interview and saying when he gets a new script for a series he checks first to see if he’s still got a bike. Bet he was disappointed when he got the script for this series!

I’m rewatching FTWD ahead of watching latest series and have just got to season 4 where they start making it into TWD

Has annoyed me 2nd time round even more and made me even more anti TWD after the last series

I want to watch S6 of Fear but refuse to pay for it on Prime and have no idea where to watch it.

Yeah I know you can’t binge watch them all. I’ve not watched any TWD yet was going to watch a couple at a time but can’t be bothered as of yet

Prime have got upto series 6 FTWD and I’ve paid for a previous series, think about £17, I won’t be paying for this series based on series 5 I’ll wait for it to come on prime
