Although TBF the way this season has been going I was fully expecting that to be nick walking towards her.

Why is Moira there? Have I missed something?

I think her girlfriend (the character played by Zawe Ashton) was part of some rescue corp and asked her to be part of it in the previous episode. They showed it again in the recap before this episode tonight

I loved that end scene.

You know what I’m so glad they left that other group I don’t even care how unlikely the end scene really was think it showed janine walking away leaning on someone did it?

I read in the telly mag that Moira is acting as an aid worker or something but that ending really took thd biscuit I feel. Totally unrealistic that Moira just happens to be the one that finds June.

She is an aid worker. They were allowed in after the cease fire

First tears in the last 2 seasons!

Moira was working as part of the group delivering supplies during the ceasefire. She'd have been waiting to go into Chicago as soon as the ceasefire was declared so it's feasible that she'd have been one of the first on the scene after the bombing. I hope Janine is ok too!!

I know it's implausible, and far removed from the original series and concept..... but it's bloody good telly!

Toronto would be nearest Canadian city from Chicago - about 8 hours drive so aid would likely come from there.

It's funny about bumping into folk. I'm from Scotland but have bumped into folk I know in London, Bristol and once on holiday in Menorca. Bumped into half my estate and my niece in Centerparcs once but there was a reason for that.

Also what is the deal with Commander Lawrence? He went from ceasefire to wanting to bomb - why? Seemed to change tack after his discussion with Aunt Lydia. I'm confused!

I’m not sure but I assumed the desire to bomb didn’t come from him but from the sadistic commanders he blackmailed into letting him back on the board. As in “ok commander Lawrence, we’ll give you your ceasefire- since we have no choice, but we’ll do as much damage as we can before it starts.”
