I don't like that Aaron expects his partner to give up their career, to stay home and keep house and look after the kids. I do like that he communicates it all clearly and doesn't say what people want to hear.

He didn't say that AT ALL! Where are you getting that from? He just said that he wanted kids and she was quite negative about them, and that she was very, very career driven. Good for her. But also good for him for knowing they may not be compatible. He also got the ick because she's very materialistic and a but flashy (lime green Aston Martin!).

He said nothing about the person he would have kids with giving up their job. FFS.

If anyone is a catfish it's defo Liberty... she is lovely but absolutely nothing like her insta I thought it was a different person!

I thought this too. I know he said something before but the timing makes it seem like the new girls are a factor

But this is the thing, they've known each other DAYS. It's Love Island. I'd have a lot of respect for someone who said told me it wasn't working for them and they'd seen someone they liked better.

I'll be gobsmacked if either of them choose Hugo. It's funny about these friend-zoned men. I've never really known it in real life. In real life there's someone for everyone, everyone's had some 'action'.

I think it doesn't help that the other girls commented derogatorily about Hugo, making it clear he wasn't 'desirable' to anyone else, calling him too nice etc.

Once they get the idea no one else is interested, it's very hard to come back from isn't it.

I have been reading the threads but not commenting much.
So far I’m liking Aaron, he was really turned off Sharon when she was being so fiery. He seems so switched on when he said, if do find keeps telling you they don’t care, it suggests actually they do. I thought his ‘dumping’ of her was quite nice, no messing about, said what he didn’t feel worked for him and that he wanted her to meet someone else. I mean, you’d be gutted but he did it face to face and was measured and chilled about it.
The new one with long hair is so pretty, she looks like a doll (not a sex doll). Every man there fancies her. Understandably!
I wish Faye would stop the contouring, it’s done so badly, she’s starting to look like Simba.

I don't think they are allowed to watch before they go in, but reckon they are given guidance on who they should pick for the dates.

I think Aaron handled himself very well. He was very diplomatic. In reality I think he realises that Sharon is quite gobby and mean spirited - but didn't want to phrase it like that and so went with 'fiery'.

She massively went down in my estimations as well. She and Faye were awful to Hugo. Massively insecure. It started with the boys all choosing Chloe. Chloe has a very natural looking face. I think they assumed that their enhancements would make them more appealing to the men not less and it massively rankled.

It is quite refreshing that the men are all attracted to the less obviously enhanced women in there. Makes a change from previous seasons.

I think with fillers and Botox, on first glance or in a photo they can look good. They change the way a face naturally moves though and as you notice this it becomes very unattractive. It seems like they are almost drooling at times.

Aaron made the career comments a few days ago in a chat with the other lads, not in the break up speech.

Lucinda can take her vocal fry and shove it...don't care if you're pretty you sound duuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuumb when you talk like that in my opinion.

Lucinda was laying it on a bit thick with Hugo, I think both were put up to picking him as the producers were possibly worried about how he felt after fakegate....can't see either of them picking him (assuming they get to pick, although I think it's the boys to pick surely as we have more boys than girls?)

Sharon was being an utter cow on that balcony, bet she felt like an utter fool after saying she'll be getting a kiss and cuddle later. How could she not tell things weren't right? I know they weren't in a long term relationship but I've never been dumped out of the blue, there's always been clues as to what's coming.

Looks like tonight could actually be quite an interesting show...I hope...

“I can tell Faye can stand up for herself, but I also quite like that about her. So I don’t feel like we’ll rub against each other.

“There’s none that I think that I won’t get along with just yet. But I’ll need to be with them 24/7 to know if I will get along with them or not.”

I just really have the ick with Aaron after he said his biggest turnoff was hairy arms. I know people like what they like, but having hair on arms is like a basic human thing, so for it to be the biggest turnoff is just The fact he seems to have gotten a pass on MN for that sort of shocks me.

I have met a few people like Faye, they say all the right things to come across as friendly and supportive but every now and then a little barb is thrown in which reveals their true feelings.

When the girls were together with Chloe asking how it felt that all the boys said they would couple up with her - she made a remark about her ego being big enough as it was. Then the chat about Millie having a date with Liam and the imitating her laugh. 'I am so much fun me, so cool and don't care' but with a little barb thrown in to make it clear she really does.

I agree. The argument with Hugo was the catalyst for Aaron ‘dumping’ Sharon. Then she gotprogressively worse. The comment about her being ‘fiery’ was the least offensive adjective he could use.

I like Aaron - he seems like a decent person. Sharon isn't very nice. I also think she's quite snooty.

I wonder if she'd only actually seen their video intros though rather than any of the show?

I'm not surprised Sharon was a bit surprised as she and Aaron pursued each other quite hard, but equally not surprised that her nasty behaviour towards Hugo put him off.

I think that if the girls get to choose, Lucinda will pick Brad but it won't last long. His looks are the only draw, he doesn't have much conversation and only seems to talk to the girls about what he wants in a woman, who he wants to date etc etc.

I feel like they are all on thin ice currently though as there is no real chemistry yet between any of them. Liam and new Millie are the most into each other I've seen and they met that day!

I do like Chloe now though, she seems like a nice girl.

Liam is a player. He will settle for Millie as the pickings are slim. As soon as Lucinda or someone better comes along, he will lose all interest in Millie.

Millie seems good fun. No doubt they will drag her down in misery villa soon enough!
