I don't think that is Carol's figure as it is now so ridiculously pneumatic but it could be Rachel's.

I think Rachel rather than Carol too. Carol has had so much work done I don't think her bust would move quite as naturally as frog's does!

In last night's VT for Carwash they showed a Wanted poster. Jay McGuiness or red herring? The voice didn't sound like him, but Zoe Ball didn't do her real voice either.
