I still think Howard Donald for car wash. I can't link any of the clues but none of them make sense anyway.
I did also think of Matt Baker, but in NO WAY does he link to 'Oi' so it cannot be him.

I have wondered about Matt Baker for Zip. I think I'll make all my guesses for Zip and Car Wash interchangeable. However I did also say John Bishop at one point for Zip and I think we can all see that is not true!
