Anybody know when it starts? All I've found is this Radio Times article saying it will start before the end of March this year. www.radiotimes.com/tv/drama/line-of-duty-season-six-release-date/ Kelly Macdonald is due to guest star.

I've just tried to explain it to DH.. I think...

Police are trying to find murderer of Journo Vella. CHIS gives them name Ross Turner and an address. On way to address, Kelly Macdonald's character just happens to witness an armed robbery and delays them going to the address. It's a bit suss. The person at the address is Terry Boyle with learning difficulties. Not Ross Turner. Terry Boyle's real address is full of Vella pictures. Meanwhile the CHIS has gone AWOL and CHIS' handler won't disclose CHIS ID.

Why is Kate working at MIT?

Journalist murdered. Rent boys mentioned. Young lads doing armed robbery spotted on way, distracting the team. Vulnerable person arrested and treated as suspect. I'm not happy about any off this. The LETTER of the law. The letter. Bring them all in.

I think this itscwhats happening:

1. A famous person called Gail has been murdered. Shot through the head.

1. The MIT are trying to find the killer. They thought his name is Ross Turner and lived in a flat.

1. On the way the SIO called Jo (Kelly McDonald') stopped a robbery on a bookies.

1. They have arrested Terry, who was has been a character since s1. He has been used and bullied by horrible people.

1. The PC (who I've forgotten the name) who used to work for AC12, but now for MIT. Spoke to Steve and said there is a problem with the investigation.

1. Kate. No idea what's happening. Is she undercover? Has she moved from AC12 to MIT? Who knows.

Hopefully I've understood what's happening

At the same time Farida has reported the weird stoppage for the robbery to AC12. Kate is on the team working on the murder. Is she undercover or not?
