I saw a trailer for this the other evening but DC were running around and being loud so I missed most of it. Does anyone know when it’s starting please? I don’t want to miss it as it’s brilliant!

@BentBastard

In my rewatch it becomes even more clear how crap Liz did in her interview. She says she's never seen Fogerty before in her life then 2 minutes later calls him "Rob" after her miraculous recall of the nights events.
And she knew where his house was, I think - didn’t she drive his car back there?
BentBastard · 11/03/2021 21:56

Yes, said he lived near her as one of her reasons for driving the car back!

Puffinhead · 11/03/2021 22:02

@CriticalWoman

I don't think Fiona has a criminal record, but she had to give the BIL a reason why she wanted her name changed, so came up with that
This is exactly what I think too. We only have her word that she has a criminal record. Also, we’d know about it if she did (as Cassie et al would definitely know).
ImAncient · 13/03/2021 08:49

Loving this. I usually save them up to watch in one go but have watched all 3 & back to rewatching. Cassie is slightly irritating me more this season - can’t put my finger on it. I’m beginning to think it’s Nicola Walker who I used to love but now think she’s the sane in everything.

But what a toe-rag the BIL is!!

SingToTheSky · 13/03/2021 09:02

I had a dream last night that Nicola/Cassie was staying at our house and I was so desperate for her approval Blush :o

CherryValanc · 13/03/2021 12:42

@Blondeshavemorefun

I was right 😂😂😂

@CherryValanc very impressed - I did try rewinding but so quick

What about ram. No flashbacks yet

Just to reiterate I didn't summarise the flashbacks - I copied them from the Guardian !!!

I couldn't catch anything when watching - way too fast for me

Fred56 · 13/03/2021 13:30

I'm wondering if all the suspects had problems/issues with their dads, Fiona said she became a police officer because of her dad and only felt able to leave when her dad died even though she hated it. Rams dad didn't speak to him at all so obviously something had gone on there plus no sign of his own 3 children. Liz's mum taunted Liz saying what comments her dad would make about going for the top job. I'm sure Dean ignored one of his children when he asked him to play a game.

CherryValanc · 13/03/2021 14:32

Dean didn't ignore his other child - just didn't have time to play the computer game with him that evening. I get the idea he's quite an involved dad

I am almost certain though there was something about 'dad' written in the mother's day card Dean sent. Might have to go back to episode one to take a look at the message.

SingToTheSky · 13/03/2021 14:34

I thought he wrote dad but then it seemed like dean. I didn’t see the writing above that though

MargotMoon · 14/03/2021 07:55

That Guardian review was excellent!

As was Cracker, hope everyone who has never seen it enjoys it. Christopher Ecclestone ❤️

Also, Opal Fruits did a tropical fruits version at one point that had grapefruit flavour which I still think about from time to time Grin

Blondeshavemorefun · 15/03/2021 17:24

I'm a fan of Opal fruit. I'm a fan of grapefruit

Wistfully trying to imagine 😄

diddl · 15/03/2021 19:41

Will be watching Cracker again if I can find it!

Christopher Ecclestone & Robert Carlyle!

PolloDePrimavera · 15/03/2021 20:12

Have signed up to Now TV just for Cracker!
Loving all of the pontificating above. I'm very tired today and a little more thick than usual, but why would anybody unplug the freezer?! It can't have been a plot device as nobody smelt it, corroborated by some excellent research upthread.
Agree re Fiona, surely a conviction would've popped up.
The only weak link to me is Liz's interview: she was so crap and absolutely would have known how to act. Unless this is kind of a double bluff, but I can't work that out.

CherryValanc · 15/03/2021 20:16

My evil husband has gone out and apparently I can't watch it without him. I have to wait till him comes home.

CriticalWoman · 15/03/2021 20:28

I can't imagine that there would be an electric supply in lock-up storage - did the guy take it there expecting a supply and when he realised there wasn't just left it anyway?

Blondeshavemorefun · 15/03/2021 20:30

Then the head and hands weren’t there 8yrs or would have known

But no blood gore on floor so .....

SingToTheSky · 15/03/2021 20:59

Actually watching live tonight. Can’t wait!

Blondeshavemorefun · 15/03/2021 21:05

I usually do

margoyuwer · 15/03/2021 21:06

Did Dean's son just say he was y10! I thought he was under 10!

Blondeshavemorefun · 15/03/2021 21:10

Head and hands looked drained of blood
Def preserved. Not 30yrs old

Wondering if he did die that night

aramox · 15/03/2021 21:13

Blondeshavemorefun · 15/03/2021 21:14

ApolloandDaphne · 15/03/2021 21:26

aramox · 15/03/2021 21:27
