Just looked it up. Pearl is now 5. She was born February 2015. Going by her previous size she will now look like a 12 year old.

They are mostly doorless kiosks now I think. I also think some tourist locations might have the traditional red cast iron ones left

From Streetview there are lots of classic boxes around Westminster.
