Anyone waiting for This is Us season 5? Hopefully will show in UK end of October! Anyone who hasn't watched it, I would strongly recommend it!

I wish they'd written more scenes without the main 5 characters (and not just the flashback stuff).

Also and not sure if it's been mentioned - but in an earlier scene with Hai did we see him with a little girl, I'd kind of hoped it might be a granddaughter of Hai and Laurel, you know to give Randall a living blood relative....but I'm guessing after the last episode that's unlikely.

Thunderpunt the little girl can't be a descendant of Laurel, I agree. Hai must have had a family with his wife.

When is episode 7 to be shown? I thought it aired on a Monday/Tuesday?

Hai did have a family with his wife - we saw his wife pregnant at the fish stall. Bit sad that your GF's "true"love was not his wife, your garndmother.

I read that there won't be a new episode this week and none for a few weeks as CoVid in LA has delayed filming.

So we know the the end episode is the family gathered around Rebecca's bedside as she (presumably) reaches the end of her life.

Does this mean that all the episodes up to this point have been written (but not filmed)? I literally have no idea with this stuff how far in advance they plan.

I think I read a while ago that Dan Fogelman has it all plotted out and some script written, and the plan was to end with season 6. With the addition of Covid this season though it doesn’t look like it’s all written in advance and set in stone.
