Anyone other than me and a couple of others on the Selling Sunset thread discovered this awesome reality series? The charter clients are insane, the crew is so bitchy (towards each other and the guests) and it’s just the most excellent escapism.

Me and DH have been watching this for years, it's all on Hayu which is available through amazon prime. Below deck med has a female captain too which is ace. Below deck sailing was good but I prefer the motor yachts. I LOVE captain Lee, his book is called 'the stud of the sea'

Oohhh maybe I’ll switch to the Med version. DP has now gone back to working ridiculous hours while I’m at home all day (working of course ) and he keeps moaning about me watching it without him. I need more than one episode in the evening in between him finally coming home and falling asleep on the sofa!

Has anyone watched the Sailing Boat one yet? I thought Jenna was such a bitch and making herself look so silly with all that PDA with Adam. Also felt so sorry for Georgia who was actually quite a hard worker and just left in the laundry all day!

No Adam was definitely not a particularly nice guy. I wasn’t keen on Captain Glenn either at the beginning, thought he didnt have nearly as much of a grasp on things as Captain Lee but then really liked how he chipped in with the crew and helped them out

I've blitzed all below deck while in lockdown and am now moving onto med.
Found the amount of work Kate has had done in the later ones a bit distracting but I love her. Ever since her rocketship.
Also have a weird crush on Ben even though he's a bit of a knob

Bloody love Below Deck. I've been watching since 2017 and it just gets better every season . Kate is definitely my all time favourite cast member due to the combination of being very good at her job with a zero f*cks attitude. I reckon that's the essential combination to deal with life as crew on a super yacht. Some of the guests are so incredibility entitled.

There's a new season of Below Deck Med on Hayu at the moment with new eps each week. Hannah is the crappiest chief stew. How Captain Sandy hasn't fired her by now is beyond me.

I didn't enjoy Sailing Yacht so much & I agree with a PP who said the guests weren't quite as batshit as the motor yacht version! But I also found the crew really awful and Adam has finally proven that he is in fact very controlling. Jenna was weird but she didn't deserve his vitriol.
