seriously. i'm watching it now for work and it is terribly upsetting. Claire Verity says 'i'm a bitch, i'm mean to them but it works', no touching, no eye contact, lots of talking about 'baby', presumably because she can't be arsed remembering the name... oh it's AWFUL.

what do you think the hv will say to them when they tell her how they never cuddle baby / put in garden for 3 hours and leave to cry at night between feeds??????

I am sure CV was heckled at the baby show. If i was there I'd have thrown things at her too.

Oh I think I have missed her, buit this new lady seems good.
Hopefully the other methods will prove much better than CV and blow her away.

Also after 3 mths they can "repair" the damage.
