And Grant went to South Africa didn’t he or am I imagining that for reasons that were never explained. Sam was with him at one point. Zoe went to Spain (or Portugal?). Stacey went there at one stage too when she was escaping arrest. I think Lily was a baby? Phil favours Portugal but now Italy. Jack lived in France previously. Ronnie and Roxy lived in Spain before returning to the Square. Carol went travelling around the world on her motorbike.

For a bunch who lived in different countries, once they are in the Square, going to the West End is a massive deal.

Ronnie and Roxy were very trendy as they once lived in France with their mum as little children then moved to Ibiza to run a nightclub! They hadn't lived on the square previously to moving there ; their dad Archie ( now dead) did back in the 70s and knew Peggy and co as he was Phil and Grant's uncle I think? He was related in some way.

Kathy Beale moved to South Africa and met the one that used to be in 'just good friends! ( can't recall his name) She ' died' in a car crash but can't back to life 5 years ago pursued by him! About the last big storyline she's had.
They do get about once they leave , but you never see them away from the square to go to the 'big ' supermarket for supplies ever!

In true Eastenders style, Masood's ice cream van has returned from its break. It is hoping for some big storylines as a sandwich van this time round. Unusually for EE though, it does not have a new head, although there are unconfirmed rumours that the head gasket may have been replaced.

Gavin was Paul "Just Good Friends" Nicholas character name. He was nasty wasn't he?

Noo , Honey's Mum died delivering her . There was a big storyline when her Dad came back on scene .

Then when Janet was born (I think Honey's Mum was called Janet?) she decided that the baby wasn't to have this name and re-named her "Petal" . (Janet is the young girl with Downs Syndrome) .
She then decided that she was worthy and re-re named her Janet .

I've never liked the character of Honey .
Vacant behind the eyes (and thick as mince truth be known) but this storyline really put me right off her .

She went to see her auntie played by Una "Summer Holiday" Stubbs!!

Oh it was her aunt not her mum? I just remembered she went off to live with a family member and presumed her mother.

The actress who plays Honey is pretty. She wasn’t exactly a vibrant personality on Strictly although I grew bored with Strictly this year for the first time and stopped watching it, so maybe she was only like that at the beginning.

Has the actress left the soap? Or are the episodes currently being shown the ones filmed while she was on strictly? How far in advance do they film?

Neither do I. I think we'll see this is a lazy way of the writers to give him an excuse to attack Chantelle.

I think Gray inflated how respected he was but inreality he was on a shaky peg!

Well he hardly ever showed up at the office for a start. Most firms have policies about “working at home” (e.g. frequency, and booking so many days ahead etc.), you don’t just get to do it every day or when you feel like it.

I'm no longer sure when they film, how far in advance, but according to a "behind the scenes" film they film the stuff on the Thames in January. But that might have been different to normal. Also they'd filmed the stuff in the tank earlier.

Makes me laugh on Facebook 'mega EE page ' as some times they show an old face from years back and ask '

I did see a cool promo photo online of Karen Sharon and Keanu that was good. Nice to see Sharon doing something like that as she generally doesn't do things like that or interviews etc.

As someone else said, will they make a mention of the Coronavirus? They could use it to polish a couple of more people off, Suki and Dottie for starters.
